ROSA ELENA SAHAGUN, ESQ

Attorney of Law

Born in Jalisco, Mexico, Rosa Elena Sahagún and is an attorney and community activist whose professional career spans 20 years and always based out of the Inland Empire. While she is widely recognized for her immigration experience, Attorney Sahagún, together with her husband, Attorney Bryan Owens Sahagún, also represents clients in a wide range of legal matters. La Opinión, the largest Spanish language newspaper in the United States has featured Ms. Sahagún work on multiple occasions, highlighting her activism and fight for social justice.

In addition to highlighting her work, La Opinión has featured Ms. Sahagun’s success in overcoming the struggles of teenage parenthood; Ms. Sahagun became a mother while still in high school and went on to graduate high school and university with honors. Her son graduated from Cal State Los Angeles.


Ms. Sahagún has appeared regularly on CNN en Español as a legal analyst and has been interviewed by Telemundo, Univision, Press Enterprise as well as other media outlets. Attorney Sahagun has received many awards through the years from the State Bar for her pro bono work and has been recognized by community leaders, politicians and non-profit organizations.


Ms. Sahagún was the founding President Fundación Sin Fronteras, a non-profit dedicated to feeding families in the Coachella Valley.
