With over a decade of experience in supplier diversity, supply chain management, and community outreach, Michael previously led large-scale initiatives across major corporations, driving more than $2 billion annually in spend with small and diverse-owned businesses. His work has earned recognition from both local and national organizations for advancing inclusive economic opportunities.

Today, Michael channels that experience into entrepreneurship and advocacy. In addition to running his businesses full-time, he serves as Vice Chair of the Hispanic Coalition of Small Businesses (HCSB), where he plays a key role in supporting, uplifting, and advocating for local small business owners. This work is especially meaningful to him as a business owner himself, allowing him to directly relate to and champion the needs of the community.



Throughout his career, Michael has led cross-functional teams, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and developed strategic programs that drive both business growth and community impact. He remains deeply committed to building stronger, more inclusive communities through opportunity, access, and connection.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his spouse and son, being outdoors, and cheering on his favorite football team, the San Francisco 49ers.
