SELMA NAVARRO

Selma Navarro is a dedicated educator, leader, and community advocate with a strong passion for youth development. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from California Baptist University and is actively involved in education within the Rialto Unified and Riverside Unified School Districts. Through her work in schools, Selma is committed to supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering positive and inclusive learning environments.

In addition to her work in education, Selma is deeply involved in youth sports and actively helps with the IEFC Girls 2013 soccer team. She believes that youth sports are one of the most powerful ways to engage young children in their community, build confidence, and help them discover their passion for athletics. By combining her background in educational leadership with her hands-on involvement in youth sports, Selma works to create meaningful opportunities that encourage young athletes to grow, lead, and succeed both on and off the field.
