Born in East L.A. and raised in San Bernardino, Clarisa learned English in just one month (“Do or die!”) and has spent her life serving families, protecting children, and uplifting Latina entrepreneurs.

Her career spans more than two decades in law enforcement, where she works as a tactical specialist — trading her high heels for combat boots to protect vulnerable children and bring justice to those who harm them. Her courage and commitment embody the heart of service.



She is also the founder of V’No Couture, a home‑based glassware business featured in wineries, bridal shops, and spas — and she leads the Latina Entrepreneur Network, empowering women through education, mentorship, and community initiatives.
