Lue’s leadership is rooted in lived experience. Raised in San Bernardino and shaped by early adversity, she overcame gang involvement, abuse, and significant personal loss. Her turning point came at age 28, when she chose a new path for her children and committed to uplifting others. As she shared, “Wished I had had someone to tell me, ‘You got this! Keep going! Use your gift!’ I want to be that person for someone.”

For 21 years, Lue has served First 5 San Bernardino, coordinating early education and family support programs that strengthen families across the county. Her learning style is hands-on, shaped by a learning disability she openly discusses — a testament to her resilience and authenticity.

Through LUE Productions, she built a regional platform for emerging artists, youth, and entrepreneurs — producing talent showcases, cultural events, wellness initiatives, and business support programs. Her nonprofit, LUE Productions Community Umbrella Services, expands this impact through community empowerment, youth development, arts and culture, and charitable outreach.

As Chamber President, she champions entrepreneurship, economic equity, and collaboration among diverse small businesses — helping transform the Inland Empire’s creative and business landscape.



Her long-term goals include opening a supper club for local artists and establishing a Performing Arts Charter School to elevate San Bernardino’s entertainment opportunities.
