Yolanda Baber leverages her decades of experience and expertise in the industry to generate over two billion in revenue. She oversees all aspects of business development, client engagement, marketing communications, and strategic initiatives partnerships for the firm, which serves a diverse range of sectors, including transportation, aviation, infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and education.


Yolanda is also a transformational leader and a passionate advocate for industry diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She currently serves as the President of SMPS LA, a professional organization that promotes excellence in marketing and business development for the A/E/C industry. She is also a President of NAWIC LA, a national association that supports and empowers women in construction, and ASCE San Bernardino Riverside. This civil engineering society advances the profession and the community. Additionally, she is a member of the CMAA SoCal DEIB committee, which fosters a culture of DEI in the construction management industry.


Yolanda's mission is to create positive change and impact through her work and involvement in the industry and the community for women in our industry.


From Jalpa to the Valley

Raised in the San Gabriel Valley in a Spanish-speaking household and learned to read and write in Spanish elementary school. Her family is from Jalpa Zacatecas, which is by way of Cleveland, OH.


Athlete with a Cause

Completed over 45 races 13.5 and (2) 26.2-mile runs – advocate for sex trafficking victims.


Love and Family

Married to Steven R. Baber for six years and have known each other for 25 years. With a one-hit wonder, Seth Jedidiah Mason-Roseberry, and (3) bonus adult children.
