Elizabeth focuses internal corporate efforts on creating a communicative and collaborative space, while emphasizing employee wellness both in and out of the workplace. As a leader, she is committed to guiding The Solis Group through growth of her staff’s development and education, service expansion, and new market exploration.

Prior to her ownership of The Solis Group, she served as Vice President of Operations and Senior Project Manager on the firm’s most signature assignments. She oversaw department staff and managed an extensive portfolio of assignments, with her transportation projects valued at more than $10 billion alone. Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the regulations and requirements that affect construction projects, their various stakeholders, and the communities surrounding them.
