Inside Sales Coordinator for Cummins, Inc

Daughter of immigrant parents and oldest sister of four, Leslie Jimenez was born in Inglewood, California and raised in Jalisco, Mexico.


At the age of 13, she returned to California; although challenged by her lack of English-speaking skills Leslie graduated from Fontana High School. Into adulthood, Ms. Jimenez became an engaged civic-minded woman that served as a volunteer in various organizations locally, state, and national level. Leslie has experience planning community events and organizing conferences that promote small business growth and education as well as striving to promote higher education in our youth

Leslie has volunteered for organizations that support Veterans, Small Business, Farmworkers, and families in need when losing a child. Notwithstanding these causes, the empowerment of women is Leslie’s cornerstone. Her determination to rise up and demand the respect and protection of women is unwavering.


Leslie worked as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of a statewide Hispanic Chamber and Vice-President for a National Hispanic Organization in which she was one of the founders. Leslie has been a legislative advocate, has built strong relationships with our Political Representatives from local Cities, State Capitol and Washington DC, one of her aspirations is to get more involved in politics and hold a position in the future to continue supporting all of those in need.


Ms. Jimenez currently forms part of a male-dominated industry—the automotive industry. Her current position as Inside Sales Coordinator for Cummins, Inc affords her the opportunity to promote the success of an industry that has been historically not women friendly. Based out of Indiana, Cummins Inc. has grown into one of the largest engine manufacturers in both China and India and is indeed, a global powerhouse.
